Our Favorite Uses: A southern staple and for good reason! This green adapts beautifully to a variety of recipes. Sautee in bacon grease with salt and pepper, add some red pepper flakes, then bring chicken broth to a boil while these hearty greens cook down for the next 45 minutes or so. Yum!
