Sage

$4.00Price

Storage: Once herbs are cut, they begin to lose moisture. To maximize the use of your herbs, place them in a pie plate or bowl on your kitchen counter to dry out. After drying, store in a glass jar.

Our Favorite Uses: Sage is an earthy and delicious addition to so many dishes! Sage and white beans make a delicious hummus. Sage also pairs well with eggs, chicken, lamb, polenta, onions, potatoes, peanuts, apples, and pineapple. Add some sage to a brown butter sauce and serve over gnocci. Or simply add some fresh leaves to your local raw honey for a wonderful infused honey (it's great on toast!).
