Swiss Chard


Storage: Place your Swiss Chard in a plastic storage bag, wrapping it tightly around the chard. Squeeze out as much air as possible and store in refridgerator. Do not wash prior to storage - water will encourage spoiling.

Our Favorite Uses: Swiss Chard is fantastic sauteed with garlic and olive oil, baked into omlettes or frittatas, in salads, soups, and creamed.
