Our Favorite Uses: A part of the cabbage family, Bok Choy has a mildly-peppery flavor. It’s frequently found in stirfrys, but it’s uses extend so much further! Bok choy is fantastic served raw (try it in salads or eat it the way you would celery!), added to soups, sauteed, or even braised.
