Storage:  Cucumbers are best kept when wrapped in plastic wrap. The wrap minimizes the amount of moisture the cucumber is exposed to, slowing the decay process. Wrap in plastic wrap, then place the cucumber in the refrigerator.

Our Favorite Uses: Cucumbers are another versatile vegetable, capable of so much more than a slice on top of a salad! We love to add slices to a glass of water, to pickle, as a star in their own salad (cucumber and charred onion make a great salad pairing!), partnered with cantaloupe, or even blended up with honey-dew melon as a slushy beverage.
