Storage: Tarragon is best stored in the refridgerator. Roll loosely in a damp paper towel and place in a plastic bag, or simply add the stems to a glass/jar/vase of water and cover loosely with plastic.

Our Favorite Uses: Tarragon is a fantastic addition to your favorite chicken dishes (as part of your roasting spices or even a fresh component to your favorite chicken salad recipe). It’s mild anise-like flavor pairs beautifully with salmon, or add a sprig to a bottle of vinegar for an amazing infused blend.
