Our Favorite Uses: Thanks to it’s peppery flavor, arugula has a wide variety of uses. Add it to your salad mix or toss it in with soup, pasta or grains. Arugula is great for breakfast, too! Sautee in butter with garlic and add to your eggs. Replace lettuce for an upgraded sandwich experience. Arugula also makes an excellent pesto sauce, and is an excellent layer to add to your lasagna. This super green is excellent to keep on hand.
