Storage:  Once herbs are cut, they begin to lose moisture. To maximize the use of your herbs, place them in a pie plate or bowl on your kitchen counter to dry out. After drying, store in a glass jar.

Our Favorite Uses: Perhaps most commonly known for it’s perfect pairing with tomatoes and mozzarella, basil has so many additional, flavorful uses! Add to lemonade, enjoy some fresh pesto, or explore some dessert options (such as strawberries with a basil granita).
