Storage: Once herbs are cut, they begin to lose moisture. To maximize the use of your herbs, place them in a pie plate or bowl on your kitchen counter to dry out. After drying, store in a glass jar.
Our Favorite Uses: Chives and potatoes are a match made in heaven. Mashed potatoes, baked potatoes, potato soup – chives are a phenomenal addition. But this mild onion flavor has so many additional uses! Chives are wonderful in dips, sauces, with corn (or cornbread!), in seafood/chicken/lamb dishes, or added to your salad.
